Immunoassay development

Using the proprietary antibodies generated in our laboratory, we have developed a series of traditional ELISA and antibody suspension array-based multiplex immunoassays for a panel of biomarkers related to obesity, inflammation, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. These assays have been validated in clinical and animal studies, and have been published in peer-reviewed journals in this filed. We can provide assay services for samples from either collected human or rodents for the biomarkers listed below. In addition, we provide technical support for the customers to develop their own in house immunoassays, including selection of capture and detection antibody pairs, conjugation of detection antibody with biotin or HRP, assay optimization etc.
